My name is Michael Burns Christensen! I am from Alaska and I am currently attending Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. I am studying FPM (Facility Property Managment) and still have a few years left at BYU to go! On December 27th, 2008, I married my sweetheart, Amanda Dance Christensen. We met on the BYU Folkdance Team over 2 years ago and have become better friends ever since. Amanda is a beautiful dancer and has been her whole life. I enjoy dance and do my best. Interestingly enough, Amanda's parents are mission presidents in Alaska, and so right now, for the both of us, Alaska is our home. We just got back from visiting up there this past summer and we loved it! Amanda, being much smarter and having a few years on me at school, graduated in April 2009 in Elementary Education, and as a result, is now a 4th grade teacher at Grove Crest Elementary. She loves teaching and all of her kids in her classroom love having her as a teacher. A few of the boys even have a crush on her:) I am not doing Folkdance anymore, but instead I am just going to classes and studying as much as I can! I love to sing, play the guitar, piano, saxophone, drums, anything really. I love the outdoors and riding horses and hiking. I love mountains and rivers. I love starry skies. Amanda and I are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and we love it! That's all for now!
